Independence without socialism means Scots will continue to be slaves to the capitalist system. It also sends out the wrong message as Connolly explained: We can change the flag over government buildings tomorrow but we'll still be ruled by the bosses, the landlords and capitalists.

Only difference is they'll speak in the same dialect as you.

Nationalism must be secondary to socialism. You cannot have socialism in 1 country either.

Anyway, good speeches & nice to know Scots are maturing ;-)

Yes, the message is important but if you want to build up support and spread the word quickly you MUST have the quality right from the start. I know people didn't come to the 2nd march because the 1st one put them off. Quality is needed to keep people coming. Otherwise they don't bother coming at all.
