@joelboosman Christians are free to receive circumcision. I'm a "goy" and I'm circumcised, not for religious reasons but as a matter of health. This was the whole point of the institution in the first place: if Israelite men had infections down there, they would become sterile, and the nation's progeny would be undermined. This is why God commanded it be done, to preserve his people. Jews (and Arabs) were not the only people to circumcise; many in the Middle East did it, including the Egyptians.

First of all, God himself (just as God) visited Avraham because it's a good deed to visit the sick. Avraham was suffering pain after circumcision (which is a command to all his decedents. From some reason christians ignore this command unlike Arabs and Jews who dó follow this command of God in his Torah!)
