@Jarsia But emotionally I always felt W best villain. I liked Angel but not nearly as much as I liked Willow and her character development was fantastic during season 5 and 6 which is why I think she wins hands down. How can you not feel for her? As opposed to Angelus Willow did not become evil because she forcefully lost soul (outside means), but because she discarded it which makes it much more profound.

@Elisheval yeah dark willow was certainly powerful, but angelus had a mixture of cunning and sadism that made him much scarier.

As for most powerful villian, glory for sure(even dark willow would probably burn out before killing her), the judge was pretty scary back i the day too

the mayor was the most amusing

angelus and adam were the smartest.

But caleb was the scariest, most sadist, most intimidating villian. Nearly shat myself when he casually gouged xanders eye.
