Bujinkan Shihan Richard Van Donk demonstrates the importance of taking your time watching the attacker's body movements as they come in instead of rushing in to do something. Rushing in can affect your timing and allows the attacker to counter your movements. Let them bring the fight to you. This is an especially important training practice.

  • Ive seen a couple of instr. vids that circle around the internet from him, and those vids are full with agressive teachings, even though it is bujinkan. But this is the first time I see him explain bujinkan elements in a calm and educating way, I must say, Im very much surprized mr Van Donk, k hoop dat er meer videos volgen!

  • Good video, Richard. Thanks!
