This is a tank of the Zoo Aquarium of the Cologne Zoo called "Kölner Zoo".
It's the footage of the 3rd Zoo Trip for fischbottich.de.

Yes they can, but why should you do this? A exact theme is much more pretty. Check out my other video called: "Huge tank with African cichlids and catfish/ Afrikabecken @ a Zoo Aquarium [1/1]" or /watch?v=-nTFkmV7iuI. There you can see a mixed african cichlid tank.
