I've just received one of these penalty Notices from Lambeth, for the exact spot, where the on coming car is much further up the road, but it look like I did not give way. I am so angry, that I am taking this as far as possible, as I never break the driving contravention, and always give way to people.

You should make the video a bit clearer for a first time viewer. Eg: add some text explaining what happened.

I despise the way that councils use automated systems like this with no intelligence.
