Orks never retreat, they just regroup to charge once more. they are an never ending awesome army that under great leadership can smite entire systems if their Warboss don't turn to arrogant. Orkz are the most awesome race and I do agree xD

Not to join in any argument here, but seriously, with orks being so diverse and funny, with low cunning and technology that dosen't (and dosen't have to) make sense, it definately makes them my favorite force. And against humans? Yes, i agree they are less brave when outnumbered, but still, bum ruching an entrenched position, even with 10 to one odds, getting mowed down and hoping you'll be the lucky fellow to survive, does require some serious balls. Whats more, they actually enjoy it.
