clown loach and buddies at play. Plants will be added soon along with a couple more large fish. 5ft 372l aquarium with Fluval 404 external filter, 2 x 200watt heaters, air curtain, natural sand with sandstone. Fake tree is out the tank now with more sandstone in place. Currently has 4 harlequin raspbera, 4 white cloud mountain minnow (having another 15 this weekend), 9 clown loach, 1 zebra loach, 1 chinese algae eater, 1 bristlenose catfish, 1 golden apple snail, 2 angelfish (lost 2 :( ), 4 blue rainbow fish, 2 rams and 2 ghost shrimp.

I'll be adding an updated video in a couple of weeks...should look good! :p

  • Great video, thanks for sharing

Can you recommend a species of loach that I could keep in a 90L tank, preferably in a group of 5?

    Or is 90L too small?

I've got an empty Roma 90 that I want to set up for loaches.

  • Thanks for the comment. You want to stay clear of a group of CL in a 90l, but i would recommend either zebra or yoyo loach as they tend to stay quite small, around 2" or so, and they look cool as a group. If you're looking to keep CL eventually, you really need around 240l upwards.

  • nice man ! 5 out of 5 cool tank !

  • cheers buddy. Check out the new vid

  • hey where you get the sand stone from and does it have any affects on your tank

    NICE TANK!!!

  • The sandstone you can just get from most garden centres, however is does alter the Ph in your tank, so you will need to make a couple of adjustments to the water, eg water changes or treatment. It only takes a few days with water changes to balance it out, but it's worth it. Hope that helps and thanks for the comment
