I agree with Flyboy ! This person is just not doing enough of a deccellaration. He needs to arrest more of that forward motion. You should be able to touch down with almost no forward motion. Several times he almost bangs the tail boom - a huge no no.
Initiating the flare a bit higher and earlier would have allowed that precious bit of extra time to actually slow the aircraft a bit more prior to touchdown and made for a much smoother and precise maneuver. I would never recommend touching down on the aft portion of the skids and then level the aircraft after ground contact had been made. Sorry, it is just not a good example of the quality of most rotary wing flight training or airmanship, but this does show you what NOT TO DO!!!!
Got it down and didn't break it looks like successful procedure to me. Well done.

normally you have to level before touchdown :D many tail strikes
