Sotomayor did not come here as an illegal alien, she is an American Citizen. Just because someone is of a different background doesn't make them any less American than you or me. Stop being so ignorant. Latinos have pride in their heritage, even if it seems silly to those that don't understand, you still must respect their right to live freely as they wish.

Estrada had never been a judge, had no paper trail, and refused to answer questions on his judicial philosophy. That's completely different from the Sotomayor nomination.
