http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - Here is a great stretching series we often do after practice. These stretches address the calves, groin, IT band, lower back, hamstrings, and hip flexors. The entire routine takes around 5 minutes.

  • what is your recomended holding time for the static stretches? 10-12secs or around 30?
