But the conflict is based on the view of radical Islam that sees the territory of Israel as a holy Muslim land (waqf), and no matter how well are the intentions of Saudi Arabia, the conflict would not be solved but just after the radical Islam will recognise Israel right to exist.

The "peace treaty" as you called it was not a peace treaty but a welcome initiative by Saudi Arabia. The problem is that the conflict is not based on disagreements about borders, but only about the existent of the state of Israel. If Israel was in a state of war with Saudi Arabia the conflict could had been solved long ago, as it was solved between Israel and Egypt and Israel and Jorden...

Just because of the elections in Gaza Hamas was ready to drop the call from its charter but never meant to recognise Israel's right's to exist and we all know what it means.
