Wow. I would of had a big freakout. I never had to be held down or anything, just the threat from my mom was enough. She would be like you get back in there, you re getting it done today whether you like it or not kind of thing. Also she would bribe me. For cavities and shots I usually got beanie babies, or a cd, but the odd time I got video games.
