The ESF and the CIA are not failures. Both are tools to bring about something much larger than the survival of America. Bringing the World under one Government is the goal. Look around, these various Agencies, Special Interest Groups, Presidents and their Cabinets, all are pushing towards a Global Government. Control of all people, resources, and even Religion is the goal.

Interesting the mention of the 1954 CIA-sponsored coup of Arbenz in Guatemala. He may have been 'freely elected' (yeah, it's all about who counts the votes), but he himself was part of a coup in October 20, 1944.

Power-lust abides as the common folk let the domineering personalities drive us to the brink of destruction & keep us divided with disinformation & hype. All these social systems are antiquated, IMHO.
