surveillance on 3 argus monitor siblings. dominant individual wakes up. eats a mouse and pushes a smaller individual off the basking spot. interesting posturing and scentmarking behavior.
Nice looking animals. I just got a trio of argus/flavi crosses. Just a couple of questions. Sexing, I know its tough but I read that you can use a flashlight aimed at the vent to see if you can see anything indicating a male. You ever hear that? and got any other ideas other then ultrasound. Also sorry but cage size. How big is yours? I was going to give mine a 10x4x5 (LWH) and give them 2ft to dig. Sound good to you for a trio? Thanks for responding to the post.
