If the warning was expired, does that mean the worst part of the storm was over as well or did it not come yet during the time the sirens were blaring?

@Siren1000T1 The storm was past us, apparently someone mistakenly sounded the sirens as the warning was expiring, and apparently the sirens WERE sounded before, about 9 minutes after the warning was first issued.
