A new player probably wouldn't have the ability to read/ mix it up as well as these players can. Plus it takes a while generally to learn to interpret the hitboxes subconsciously. Ability to control your character is only the backbone of this game.

...Im new to this game and can do all that with MK he`s like the Liu Kang of Brawl anybody can pick up the controller and use him to peak skill

yes M2K can. But how do we know how far he'll go with anybody else? If he mained CF in brawl then he wouldn't go so far would he. Most brawlers know about M2K and his deadly MK but would his CF or some other char be as well known?
