The manager of the bank i use gave back that tarp money. They said the bank (TCF) had to take the money and he held onto it for a little time and gave it all back. He is a really good man and loves this Country and Constitution. i talk to him allot, and most of what we talk about is the activist work i am involved in. Bachmann is a lone voice of truth. The last minute Democrat provision that was forced into legislation that approved the bonuses and then was rushed through for approval is the blood on the Dems hands.
In the end the government needs to stop rewarding failure. If a business or a person fails then let them fail. No more bailouts and we won't have to worry about bonuses.

Neil Barofsky, a Bush-appointed special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), stated in March 19 congressional testimony that the Bush administration Treasury Department specifically considered the AIG bonus contracts in its talks with the company and did not insist on their abrogation as a condition of AIG's receiving bailout money.
