In what city was this video taken? The police car (from start till 0'40) doesn't look American.
The environment looks somes times quite European.
About the discussion:
It looks risky and it is. This riding style resembles a bit my ownthough.
However, some moves I would have skipped or tried just a fraction of a second later to get a more healthy balance between fun and safety.
