There were 4 all together, not just 2. Curtis Williams, 20 and Steven morales, 19 were arrested inside the house (1 Black, 1 Spanish).
Two other suspects - Scott George (White) and Jonathan Cruz (Spanish), both 20 - were charged with planning the burglary.
Mrs Thomas said she had known Cruz, a neighbor, since he was eight-years-old.
All 4 were arrested on site. The two that were in the house, were arrested as soon as they tried to go back out through the Pet (Dog) Door.

im sorry but the 9-1-1 dispatcher is being a complete hag to this poor lady. both my aunt and my sister are dispatchers and I've never heard them speak to a caller like that.
