WAMU/Chase Fail!

After requesting a $500 withdrawal and it failing to dispense funds, I call 800.788.7000. I'm redirected from WAMU (I'm WAMU) to Chase and then later transferred to WAMU. WAMU tells me they will reverse the funds but I have to make the request to the ATM services dept. I get transferred to a dead line. I go to branch where I discover they won't give me any type of credit until after they verify funds weren't dispensed. This will take 5-7 business days.

So...no $500 for the next 7 business days. Plus, 5-year-old son's birthday is next week. WAMU/Chase sucks!

Chase is charging me late fees for my mortgage because I'm paying twice a month (on time) and they say that they can't take both payments properly ....and they said that its not going to stop. Its ridiculous. I made a video on Youtube about it.

I just found an html code that lets me BLOCK Chase's IP from accessing my website. I found Chase Banks IP address online and then used the code/script to block them from using my website. I suggest anyone who is a business website owner do this as well.

Even though I discused my account with Chase they closed it anyway because my "bank by mail" deposit that I sent in a month ago was still late. Long story short it was actually their fault it was late. But they closed it anyway. And now I seem to be out the extra money I depositied. Fucktards at Chase!
