I studied ignition theory, and this is what is wrong with splitfire claims. Gas is ignited by the heat of the spark. Anytime you split a spark you also split the voltage per spark. Which also splits the heat. What spitfie did in it;s pictures is that they used trick photography to catch 2 sparks at different intervals and claiming it was one spark split. The unsuspecting consumer got reemed.

This was the most excited Jim Caldwell I've ever seen--more excited than when he hosted "Tic Tac Dough" and TNN's "Top Card". Imagine the line "..302, 348, 409, 453, 473, 482, 520, 525 with NO...UNBELIEVEABLE! I DON'T BELIEVE IT! OH MY GOD!" Seriously, you would have never heard anything like that from Jim.
