I had a headache for 4 days straight I did not know what was wrong with me. So I went to a after hours clinic last night. The doctor there said I was congested and to use a nasal rinse. I am on medications so I cant use cold medication. The only one I can use is Buckleys. And I hate that stuff so I thought I would give this a try. It was 20 dollars plus tax at the pharmacy so I made a homemade rinse. It really does work and I feel allot better. I can breath now and my headache is gone now.

one cup boiled water
half a tea spoon sea salt
two pinches of baking soda
one 10 ml syringe

tilting your head helps it at first I did it wrong. But got the hang of it after two syringe fulls.
