not exactly. I consider the Rap culture more like criminals then rebels.
gangsters thinks they're cool by fucking with the law. fucking a ho, having spinners on their rides. and pointing a gun in yoru face. their just thugs.

they are rebelious cause they hate school and authority. they just wanna have a good time.
