Thomas has four generation of chocolate-making experience, has been named one of the TOP TEN Chefs in America by Chocolatier and Pastry Art and Design magazine, has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, and has settled in Vancouver to make our fair city sweet. His chocolates are inspired and infused with the flavours of the West Coast, with local ingredients like hazelnuts from the Fraser Valley, and flavours like green tea giving a nod to our Asian heritage.
