I personally knew two homophobes, they would bash gays & say brutal things of them. But I found out things about them & when I did, I wasn't surprised. & another incident, too personal. To me, homophobes just hate what they are. I like the idea of man & woman, family, I just worry about me then trying to change people who never will change, their life...not mine..

Only thing I don't understand about this film is what in the world is Frank Fitts, former marine,anti (closet)gay, probably an anti-liberal, southern accent, son and wife beater etc why is he living in California of all places? Shouldn't a caveman like frank be living in Tx or Kansas?
