Obama - Russian Handshake Rejection

Supposedly, Obama is coming out of a meeting with the leaders of Russia, and none of them want to shake his hand.
In actuality, Obama is introducing the US officials to Russian president Medvedev. It still looks funny, anyway.

this is fake, it's been edited.  First Obama shakes hands with the Russian diplomats, then he introduces Medvedev to the American diplomats that traveled with Obama.

Obama the best.....Looking at it for the 1st time it seems like he was rejected...but when i look at it for a 2nd and 3rd time it look like he was introducing the man to the others government members...by using his hands as a guide...so i don't know if he was rejected...
