I am still not sure that I understand what you mean. The condition of the surface upon which the rider is on is very observable from the video--I but remarked upon what clearly demarks this as an unpaved road. The phrase "King of the Road" actually has some specific connotations that would not fit into this discussion--so I am unsure what you mean. Could you please explain your use of that phrase?

Öh, why? Is the best for their hoof and legs? My veterinary recommend my to do that to.
