untimely death in some form or another is God's way. history over time has been a real good indicator of that. let death be - a mechanism from the heavens to cull the size of the herd when it gets too big.

I can buy nets and save people!? wow!..
There are campaigns out there that promote buying nets. I could buy multiple nets and yet would that really do good?
These people who survive malaria with our nets also face death from malnutrition, diarrhea, parasites from diseased water..

Not really, those figures may not work as she theoretically quoted but it will drop the death rates in these areas significantly in practice.
