This is a demonstration of the circuit training class offered at Vajra Gym in Brossard Quebec on the south shore of montreal. The circuit consists of 15 different exercises that are divided into three groups, upper body exercises, abdominal exercises and leg exercises. The clients are recomendid to do the circuit at least twice for a total of 30 min of training. This type of training similar to curves with a boot camp attitude lets you loose weight and obtain muscular definintion very quickly.
