Agility ladder is an excellent tool to use to work on speed and agility. It incorporates proper foot landing. It is important to be accurate and precise in the placement of the foot in each square and bouncing back in position with the toes. This will also expose coordination and body control. It is also important not to pound against the floor but to land correctly and smoothly each time otherwise you will risk having joint issues.
