Another lackluster performance by the Atlanta Falcons Offense....but, the loss is actually the fault of Atlanta's Defense as they went OFFSIDES (Football 101) on 4th & 1, which would have given the Falcons the ball with 1:49 left in the 4th QTR, and, all they had to do was get into Field Goal Range.....alas...that was not to be, as Josh Freeman was able to use THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK with a "Hard Count", and the Falcons fell for it - going OFFSIDES, and giving Tampa another set of downs to run out the clock on the Falcons.

Now, I'm not saying the Falcon's season is over...NO, by no means...but, they better do something on the "Offensive Side Of The Ball" to start putting up POINTS. It seems as though the O=LINE isn't protecting Matt Ryan the way they did Last Year.....Ryan has been Sacked, and Hit, and Hurried more times in these last 3 games than he was all of last year.....Maybe the "Other Teams" finally figured out how to stop the Falcons....JUST BY STOPPING MATT RYAN
Duly noted. So, what does Mike Smith have in store as a Remedy to this quagmire?? I hope it's to STEP UP HIS PROTECTION OF MATT RYAN ....otherwise, THEN THE SEASON IS ALREADY OVER. ( I hope Not ).
~ Jerry Mitchell ~

Fourth Quarter: The Falcons found some fourth quarter magic once again, but couldn't find a way to close it out in the end. Atlanta began the quarter with a 27-yard interception return by safety William Moore. The takeaway gave Atlanta momentum but they were unable to get points out of the play. After stopping the Bucs, the Falcons got the ball again and two passes later they made it a 16-10 ballgame. Ryan connected with Julio Jones on a 49-yard pass completion and Tony Gonzalez caught a ten-yard touchdown reception on the next play. The Bucs were stopped again and Atlanta began to chip away at Tampa's defense with passes all over the yard to move the offense up the field. At the Tampa 15 they could go no further and a Bryant field goal gave the game its final score of 16-13. With under two minutes remaining, the Falcons were called for offsides on fourth down and the game ended with the Bucs in victory formation.

Play of the Game: Unfortunately for the Falcons, all the plays they made to get themselves back into the game were nullified with the game's final fourth-down play. After forcing fourth down by stopping LeGarrette Blount on third-and-2, the Falcons were drawn offsides on fourth-and-1 to give the Bucs the first down and the victory.

  • @jerrymitch54 The Falcons had plenty of chances to capitalize(Roddy White drops), and that "double barrel" comment wasnt necessary i understand your mad about a tough loss and i would be too as well but cmon dude have some class about it

  • @iclutchkobe24 I agree we had plenty of chances to win...it was ours to lose. I'm not sure what you mean by "Double Barrel" comment....if yu notice, I do crack alot of jokes in my videos...maybe that was one of them, but, I don't recall what you're talking about. As far as class goes....I guess since it's MY VIDEO, MY TIME TAPPING & UPLOADING....I GUESS I CAN SAY ANYTHING I PRETTY WELL PLEASE - wouldn't you agree??

Lets put it this way...I'M POSTING A FALCON "LOSS'...as a FAN, that TAKES CLASS

  • Been a Bucs fan my whole life and been watching them my whole life and i can honestly say for "questionable calls/penalties" we have to be 1 of the most if not the most picked on teams in the league, Freeman wasnt intentionally trying to kick the guy he was trying to step over him

  • @iclutchkobe24 LOL...yeah, I guess most teams feel that way when a call doen't go their way. Your right, Freeman was trying to step Over the guy, but, they way he SHOVED THE GUYS HEAD WITH HIS FOOT WASN'T COOL. I wouldn't like that if I were on the ground....would you? And, no, I don't think it was "Intentional"....these teams have a long history...the games do get quite physical, on both sides of the ball. Even though we lost, I thought it was classic BUCS-BIRDS rivalry, and that's what I want

  • That was a crazy play

  • @streetsavvysse YEP..."MARINO" USE THE "OLD FAKE SPIKE PLAY"...LOL. How he pulled it off was that he kept Moving His Hands To Show His Line That He WANTED TO SPIKE (you know...he kept motioning that he was throwing the ball to the ground).....AND, THE JETS FELL FOR IT & LOST. So, I can't understand how the ATLANTA FALCONS COULD FALL FOR A "HARD COUNT" on 4th & 1.....THAT PLAY IS OLDER THAN "MOSES", AND IT COST THEM THE GAME.

  • @streetsavvysse Sure was....It reminded me of a Play that DAN MARINO pulled on the NY JETS back in 1986...it was called the "FAKE SPIKE"....Marino had the O-LINE Hurrying Up to the line, and the CLOCK WAS RUNNING OUT...so, everyone in the Stadium thought Marino was gunna SPIKE THE BALL TO STOP THE CLOCK...so, the JETS just CASUALLY MOVED TO THE LINE EXPECTING THE "SPIKE".....instead; MARINO THREW A 5 YARD PASS TO A WIDE RECEIVER THAT WAS ALL ALONE IN THE ENDZONE FOR A "TOUCHDOWN"...The JETS LOST

  • @beatles123 LOL....SO TRUE THOUGH

  • @beatles123 The player was on the GROUND...how could he be kicking him "OFF HIM":?? And, Freeman was "STANDING".....that gets a "COME ON MAN"!!!....That breaks the "Man Code" of NOT HITTING A MAN WHEN HE'S DOWN. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

  • @beatles123 Hey...I'm just calling a Spade A Spade, if it were the other way around I'm sure you'd be bitching about it too. So, who are we kidding??
