2009 Victory Hammer and Hammer S

Well, Victory is more American made than Harley. They come with way more power than Harley. They have way fewer maintenance issues than Harley. They actually stop when you hit the brakes. All around a better put together bike and I think the styling is outstanding rather than outdated. I have a 2007 Hammer S, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I agree with JefferyT Harleys are running out of creativity, not only that, now they are made in China and assemble in the US, Harley <<Made in China, Victory is the real American bike

I can't understand why people hate a bike just because its not a HD. I've owned HD's all my adult life and have a 07 Road King that I love. I bought a 09 Vic Hammer and adore it. The Vic makes way more power then the HD and its made right here in Iowa, USA. Thats whats important, that its made in the USA. I shake my head when Harley owners bad mouth the Vics. I love em both! I for one support any manufacturer who will build a quality bike right here in the USA. I wish there were more!

That bike sounds a bit too clean to me. I like harley's bop-bop type of sound. But not bad when riding. What I really don't like, is the USD front suspension. Makes it look too sporty. I thought these type of motorcycles weren't meant to be sport bikes.

@PigFqr right on! my buddy bought a V-Rod back in 2007 and was pretty pissed off when he started customizing it to find 60% of the bike was made in Japan.

that rear fender doesn't look right. looks like they got confused and made a sport bike on the back and a cruiser on the front. sorry, ugly ass bike......
