Ergh, I myself am part African and think that this attention seeking woman needs to build a bridge. They obviously were concerned that they didn't want to wreck her hair as they didn't feel qualified to deal with it.

So they said they don't colour black hair, did they say they didn't colour black hair because they acknowledge that it is different and requires training to do so? I think they did. I don't think that's racist, I've heard of hair dressers in my neighborhood turn away customers with very dark hair who wanted to go platinum blonde and have it relaxed all in one go. Why? It's because they couldn't do it, they didn't have the skill or equipment.
