Amy Winehouse and Kanye West scoop the plaudits at the 50th annual Grammy Awards.

In a show with few surprises jazz veteran Herbie Hancock prevented a clean sweep by Winehouse as he unexpectedly walked away with the coveted Best Album of the Year honour for the all-star Joni Mitchell tribute 'River: The Joni Letters'.
