The people in this video do this because of fear and insecurities and lack of maturity, its simply not normal to cover your face in broad day light, none of these would be brave while alone, notice how this type of wannabee actually stays poor.
The police and the government find you hilarious, you do their work for them, they need you to allow an element of fear in society that allows them to bring in new laws that actually take more of your freedom.
