Some performance clips from the BBC lively arts documentary. Early 79 N American Tour Seattle w John Glasscock. Ben Rossington has the entire program on his site.
These clips come from a clear quality upgrade, best version I have seen.
The audio from this show is in circulation.
So where is the video of the entire concert???
I was at this show in Seattle, and though my memories of it are undoubtedly foggy I certainly feel that this was Tull at their best.

This is the best I've seen .. So good to see John Glascock doing what he loved to do best .... So sad to think that by late the same year he would pass on ... thanks for the vid

Every time I see him - and hear his words - I am *more* amazed than before. I hope I get another chance in person. The current tour is too far away.
But I freely admit it's selfish of me. He's given so, so many, all heartfelt, performances. He's earned as much time off as he likes. Yet I have to say, the way that everyone says he STILL pushes himself and delivers so fully - wow.
Then you have this awesome capture of his zenith.
