@behemothboy11 Interesting thought. I think its relative to the player's repertoire. Mike Marshall comes out of an American alternative/bluegrass tradition, where as Catrina Lichtenberg doesnt even own an Fstyle mandolin to my knowledge. I think there can be an advantage to having stubby macho beefcake fingers that can really put the pressure on for chopping effects.

I love his groove. He has good movement but I think she is better because of her narrow fingers...he has man hands:)

Two really great mandolin players. I'm really impressed with Caterina. Mike I've known about for a long time, e.g., MMQ. New to Caterina. Damn, I wish I'd started playing when I was 10. Great tune! Thanks for sharing.
