  • Just made my first one with round plastic pearls and thin wire out of my father's garage. Very simple and it turned out quit good.

  • @PTuinman Awesome!

  • I have made similiar ones and turned them into earrings before which turned out really cute. What is a fun twist is to use copper wire and little wooden beads. Haven't made them in a while I should make some.

  • @opallb The copper wire sounds like an awesome idea! Let me know if you make one like that :)

  • loved it so cute! :D how much does the wire usually cost?

  • @xxgoodnevil17xx The prices vary. In the tutorial I used electric fence wire that was about $7 for a huge roll. I've also used floral wire that was only a few dollars. I've found that buying wire like that is usually cheaper then buying the same gauge on the jewelry aisle...and since I'm just making these for myself it doesn't matter what it was 'meant' for.

  • Love your tutes, girl! Thank you for all the inspiration!

  • lovely and cute

  • @WhitneyFletcher was it with the same small pendent you made here? i think it would be so cute to have a little nest ring

  • @WhitneyFletcher I made a quick one and turned it into a ring. I sent the pic to you via etsy, I didn't know your email to send it to. I also included a pic of my first ATC with a polymer clay face I had made.

  • @tasteslikeginger I made a ring a couple of weeks ago. It was cute but not perfect since it was my first wire ring. (I used wire as the ring base instead of gluing the nest to a pre-made base)
