Question: I want to know which pranayama and yoga are good before sleeping at night: 1. yog nindra, 2. kapalbhati 3. anulomvilom 4. bhastrika.
Gurumaa: Dear Yogesh, please do simple anuloma-viloma pranayama and that should be enough. Kapalbhati and bhastrika pranayama will just kick away your sleep. Yoga nidra is not to be done before the sleep, it is to be done when you are not keen to sleep and totally conscious and awake. Then yoga nidra will give you its great effects.
