lemonaidan21 they may have signed a 5 yr contract but you can be assured that there is a clause in that contract that if the ratings don't hold the show will be canceled with little if any notice and this family won't have thier 3 million dollars a year and will be scrambling to figure out how to support this lifestyle they have aquired.

Pirates4evah they continue doing the show because they are making 3 million dollars a year and spend like the money will always be there. It doesn't appear that they are investing or saving for when the show gets canceled. These people are going to be up a creek without a paddle.

They knew that it's hard for parents of multiples have a hard time staying together because of the stress of so many young children (this was talked about on thier show) and they have made it more stressful by putting thier family on constant public display. Kate claims she loves the attention but Jon doesn't and the kids are showing signs of not liking it. These kids are being exploited for the money. There are other ways of raising so many kids.
