Turkey Butchering at Nature's Harmony Farm (Spanish Black Tom)

Turkey butchering day at Nature's Harmony Farm in Elberton, Georgia. This video shows the process of placing a large Spanish Black tom turkey in the killing cone and cutting the turkey's neck to allow it to bleed out. Compared to completely severing the turkey's head, this is a much more humane way to kill the turkey. The windpipe is not severed and the turkey essentially goes to sleep due to lack of oxygen.
