  • serves them right, autistic people are the only reason that the great United States is here and continues to work they are gods angels sent from heaven to teach us how to love

  • No surprise there, Italian justice is far from... justice.

Probably the same power hungry judge that fine some dude $250,000 for speeding.

    Fucking morons.

  • @rumba81able I agree with you!!

  • @backslash68 I disagree, in fact I applaud the judges decision, well done! Let google spend lots of money on the appeal, and I hope the conviction stands.

  • It was a youtube video? Well that explains everything! I heard on the reuters video that the offending video was up for two months even though other folk asked for it to be taken down! That's par for the course for youtube, isn't it! Let the execs cool their heels in jail now, serves them right.

  • GOOGLE IS FULL OF NIGGERS ANYWAYS

  • I'm Italian: The problem is Mr Berlusconi, owner 90% of television, newspaper and other media. He want more. Most of Berlusconi politician are corrupted. Him too.

rumba81able point of view is correct too.

    Bye !!!

  • Um maybe they should, I don't know, take down the bullies instead?

  • First some facts!

    - The video was online for about two months.

    - People sent thousands of requests for removal.

    - Google ignored all of them and removed the video only after a police request.

    - The prosecutors accused Google of negligence.

On the other hand, any company can send a DMCA letter for a "supposed" copyright infringement and my blog is taken down immediately.

Copyright more important than personal privacy? Is this the world you want to live in?

  • Google should just pull out of Italy
