hey buddy guess what if you dont stop smoking that shit not only youl have anxiety worse
but youl because a schizophreniac marijuana is what caused my anxiety!!!
you need to understand that every human being is born with a mental illness inside of him!!
but that illness is allways asleep... we are the ones who wake it up with alcohol drugs stress etc.
marijuana is a drug that can calm people down but for some people it does the exact opposite!!
stop smoking that and god bless be well!

What u described about the heart racin thing is exactly what I am going through...I used to focus on my heart when i was younger and got my mom to take me to the hospital many times and they always said it was in my head.. yrs later i got over it.. then suddenly around a yearr ago had a huge panic attack.. My heart is basically always racing so it makes me feel like I cant do too much physically or i might over do it and my heart gives out u know? So basically been stuck in the house since..
