2008 Oakland Holiday Parade - California - Part I

This is the first part of Oakland Holiday Parade on Saturday afternoon Dec. 06, 2008.I think the sliding economy makes everybody depressed. Not only were there less sponsors for the Oakland Holiday Parade, but also was the crowd watching parade shrunk this year. I was not feeling well enough to videotape the parade but really wanted to support those hard working marching students. They did such a great job marching and performing even though the crowd was so small this afternoon. To salute our high schoolers, I better videotape and upload the videos. Hopefully, the economy will come back right up soon after president Obama takes over the White House.

yeah i worked it.i was supervisor of transit routes for ac transit.i was stationed in between harrison and broadway streets on 20th.
