I know! These bands... The only thing they do to you is fuck you up. I can't get enough, haha. Man, one day, one sweet day I'm going to see them live. They're never going to come to South America, though. ): Silverchair said something about coming here in April... Um, what month is now? I guess they're exhausted from their previous tours. I bet they don't want to see a stage and a crowd for a while.

It is astonishing to me that people expect this band to be the same band they were in their youth.

If one is a fan of the old Silverchair, then I can certainly see how he/she would dislike the direction this band has taken. However, their sound is their sound. If you don't like it now, and you have no intentions of enjoying the "lighter" sound, then you should probably abandon any hopes of liking this particular band in the future.

Actually.... Daniel Johns blew out his voice a long time ago... He isn't that amazing at tuning live. Still. Silverchair is up there with some great bands that have staying power. The Tragically Hip, Rush etc.

I Agree Man..Sounds Like This Song..They Were Not Sure If They Wanted To Go Heavy..It's Kinda A Teaser...the album was ok..i think

The bass guitar is treading all over the drums, too, and the guitar is practically inaudible. It's not a good mix, overall.

I've been a Silverchair for a long ass time (think frogstomp) and I was so disappointed when this was the only good song off of young modern... good song tho

Terrible audio mixing! That guy should be fired, the vocals are way too high, it ruined the whole song and made the vocalist sound like a bad live singer -and he's not.
