Here's a recipe you're going to want to try. It is a true taste of New Orleans Creole cuisine. You'll want to have plenty of good french bread on hand, because this recipe is all about sopping up the delicious sauce. Enjoy!!

  • I love your vids and your recipes! i was wondering though about this recipe, what type of worcestershire sauce do you use? the only kind i have found has high fructose corn syrup, is there one that is available that doesn't have it?

  • @CourteJester69 - yes, most varieties have some corn syrup in them. If you're concerned I'd recommend making your own... it's easy!

  • Your back ! I missed you!

  • I made this recipe, but I used seafood stock instead of beer. It turned out well. I think I added too much salt to it. But, it was very well seasoned and great tasting!!
