Thanks Becky! I had my tummy tuck on July 19th. I'm heading to that website right now!

Are there other surgeries discussed besides tummy tucks? i.e. Breast lift etc? Thanks for sharing so much!!

@beckrsr Don't worry about it, I do understand, though I must say that to me it sounds a little strange. Perhaps it's just cos I'm g*y, dutch and used to quite a bit. Besides, I'd be sharing my own stories and pictures as well. Anyways, even if a site for men would exist, I think it would be mostly str8 men, who don't always talk about feelings, if you know what I mean. I WILL 'pester' you with questions, if any should arise though! Pls keep the great vids coming, they've been a great help!
I'm a 34 y/o man from the netherlands, and I just applied to become a member of the support site. I know you only talk about women in your video, but I'm hoping men are also allowed, as I am getting a tummy tuck in october, and it's hard to find people to talk to about it.

@Day24 Hi there! Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, this support site does not allow men yet. :( I know it is very tough to get that much needed support ESPECIALLY because you are a guy . . .it is less common for a man to have this procedure done. If you need any questions answered along the way, please just let me know. Take care,
Becky

@beckrsr even though I understand it, it is a bit sexist. After centuries of it being the other way round, it's the least I can expect though! :-) I am a bit dissappointed though, as I was really hoping for some info on what to expect, and some support during the whole 'journey'. Thanks for the vids though, they've already been a great help!

@Day24 I know -- if you knew how personal the site is though -- I think you would understand even more. It's a network of ladies and our photographs are VERY personal as many women have other procedures done. It's more like a family -- and having men there would not be a good thing. Not sexest at all, just not a good fit for this kind of support forum. Maybe you should start one for men?? Not a bad idea, since nothing exists like it?

@beckrsr oh and I'm sorry I haven't said this before, but apart from thinking it great (and hugely informative) that you've made these vids, I think your results look amazing. Oh, and the horizontal striped sweater dress looked great on you. Perhaps I SHOULD do my own vids though, but aimed at men who might want info. As I will be using your tips after my own surgery, would you mind if I use your tips in those vids? I will credit you obviously.

@Day24 No worries at all. Of course! All of this iformation here is aimed at helping as many people as possible -- so please, feel free to use the tips and advice. And you will have your own insight once you've accomplished your own surgery and you will be speaking from personal experience which is very powerful! When is your surgery?

@Day24 Thanks for your kind comments -- I know I have come a very LONG way from that first video to now -- I have so much more self confidence. It sounds like the position you're in is a tough one -- take care and stay strong.
