i don't know if you remember the video about one if these guys holding an umbrella well its cuz of that they don't like the light and they move and live in night and sleep in day time

first, tarsier is not a monkey, as the smallest primates are berthe's mouse lemur, and not also the smallest tarsier wich is pygmy tarsier...
