Thanks! Yeah, that's me in the pole clips... I'm sad now though cuz I moved apartments and no longer have the correct ceiling height for my pole!

Yeah, I didn't want to go into that. Of course a lot of skeletal muscle reflexes can be mediated in the brain, and many loops contain interneurons. Also to correct myself, an action potential in a stretch receptor doesn't correspond 1:1 with an action potential in a motor neuron. BUT an ap in a motor neuron does respond 1:1 with a muscle twitch!
